The transport surface of the entire sorting machine is completely closed, including the risk of items falling during transportation and turning while going uphill or downhill. The sorting machine can be designed for up and down slopes with a maximum angle of 12 degrees according to actual needs.

Sorting Action

The sorting action of the sorting machine will be adjusted differently according to the size, position and weight of different goods on the carrying cart. For example, in the sorting action of a lighter bag, the acceleration of the belt-carrying belt's starting load will be reduced to reduce the occurrence of slippage. For another example, if the item is small and in the middle of the carrying cart, the belt will be activated in advance in the sorting action to ensure that the item can fall to the corresponding grid accurately.

Quick Change

When the problematic load cart runs to the designated maintenance area, the entire load cart can be quickly replaced with a new one within 5 minutes.
