Motor roller Inspection:
All motor rollers have tracking checklist, which can be traced back to the size of each part. Motor roller ends have separate serial number, which can be traced back to all testing data. Drivers also have sticking bar code serial number on their side. Motor insulation performance test includes voltage resistance and inter-turn testing. Motor performance test adopts back EMF method. 100% inspection before delivery. All drivers are verified by logic. Actual driving test and aging test are passed before delivery.
